General Questions:

Q: How many drinks can I expect per batch?

About 45-55 10oz drinks per batch

Q: What happens if I need more mix than included or ordered?

We leave extra bottles of margarita mix. If bottles remain sealed you will not be charged for extra batches. 

Q: What kind of margarita machines do you offer?

A: We offer an 8L (2.1 US gal) single-bowl commercial slushy machine made of high-quality, food-grade 304 stainless steel.  This powerful machine can make 17-23L of slushy and 12-18L of alcoholic drinks per hour, perfect for large gatherings. It features rapid refrigeration, efficient blending, a user-friendly control panel with adjustable thickness settings, and helpful features like a refill reminder and drainage hole for easy cleaning.

Q: What is included in a margarita machine rental?

A: Our rentals include the margarita machine itself, 1/2 gallon margarita mix, 40 Straws, 40- 10oz cups, 1- 50ft extension cord, 1 cart.

Q: Do you deliver and set up the margarita machine?

A: Yes! We offer delivery and setup within the Central Texas Area. Delivery and setup fees are Included in the rental price. We'll ensure the machine is properly set up and ready to go before we leave.

Q: Can I pick up the margarita machine myself?

A: Customers are not permitted to pick up the margarita machine themselves. We handle all delivery and pickup.

Q: How far in advance should I book my margarita machine?

A: We recommend booking your machine as soon as you know the date of your event, especially for weekends and holidays, as our machines are in high demand.

Q: What are your rental rates?

A: Our rental rates vary depending on the machine type, rental duration, and delivery location. Please visit our website's "Pricing" page or contact us for a personalized quote.

Q: Is there a security deposit?

A: Yes, a security deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Cash App.

Using the Margarita Machine:

Q: What do I need to provide for the margarita machine?

A: You are responsible for providing water, an electrical source, and alcohol (if desired). We provide the mixes!

Q: How do I operate the margarita machine?

A: We provide detailed operating instructions with each rental. We'll also show you how to use the machine during setup. It's very easy!

Q: What kind of mixes do you provide?

A: We use Margarita Man Premium Cocktail Mixes. These premium mixes ensure delicious and consistent results every time. For nutritional information and a full list of available flavors, please visit the Margarita Man website.

Q: Can I use my own mixes?

A: No, for equipment maintenance and quality control purposes, customers are strictly prohibited from using mixes other than those provided by Sip Sip Margaritas.

Q: What happens if the margarita machine malfunctions?

A: In the rare event of a malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to repair or replace the machine as quickly as possible. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the unused portion of your rental fee.

Q: Can I move the margarita machine after it's been set up?

A: No, customers are strictly prohibited from moving the machine from the area where it was placed upon delivery/setup. Moving the machine can cause damage and may result in additional charges.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: The security deposit is non-refundable. You may reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled rental date and time. The rescheduled date must be within 365 days of the original booking date and is subject to availability. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the booking and no option to reschedule.

Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

A: The security deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is the available option as described above.
